해광아랏길_부산을 넘어서 세계로 가다
' 우리나라에서 가장 핫플레이스 대표적인 해광아랏길 '
부산 광안리와 해운대의 횡단 아랏길 동행수영을 통해, 전국의 동호인들이 아랏길 동행의 포문을 함께 열고자 한다. 또한 이를 통해, 동호인 서로 간의 동행, 지역사회와의 동행, 자연과의 동행 실천의 의미를 북돋는 아래의 의미를 담고자 한다.
[목적]

○ 부산의 대표적 명소인 해운대 광안리 해수욕장의 대회적 홍보
○ 바다수영 입문의 기회 + 숙련 동호인들을 위한 중거리 수영 병행
○ 패럴 수영동호인 초청 동행수영
○ 해양환경 사랑 실천 활동
○ Practice of “1m1w” initiative
○ Promotional outreach highlighting Haeundae Beach and Gwangalli Beach as iconic destinations of Busan
○ Providing opportunities for beginners to experience open water swimming, alongside mid-distance swims for experienced club members
○ Invitational participation and companion swimming with para (adaptive) swimming clubs
○ Activities promoting love and protection of the marine environment
[참가 자격]
○ 부울경바다수영협회 소속 동호회에 가입된 자로 동호회장의 허락을 득한 자(협회비를 1회 이상 미납한 동호회는 참석이 불가하며 회비납부 확인 후 참가신청 가능함)
○ 최근 2년 이내 뇌졸중증이나 협심증, 심근경색, 고혈압 등으로 장거리 수영에 부적합 판정을받지 않은 자
○ A person who is a member of a club affiliated with the Busan–Ulsan–Gyeongnam Open Water Swimming Association and has obtained permission from the club president (Clubs that have failed to pay the association fee at least once are not eligible to participate. Registration is allowed only after confirmation of fee payment.)
○ A person who has not been deemed unfit for long-distance swimming due to conditions such as stroke, angina, myocardial infarction, or hypertension within the past two years

본 행사 참가자는 이 대회가 실내수영장과 다른 친환경에서 행하는 아랏길 행사로 상당한 위험이 있음을 알고 참가하며, 주최 측이 정한 제반규정을 준수하고 본인의 건강관 리, 꾸준한 연습에 만전을 기하여 경기에 임할 것이며, 경기 중 본인에게 사고가 발생할경우 그 원인을 불문하고 대회 주최 측에 일체의 책임을 묻지 않을 것을 서약하며, 비록자필서명 날인이 없더라도 ‘2022 부산 해광아랏길 축제’에 참가 신청이 곧 자동으로 면책동의를 한 것으로 간주합니다.
Participants in this event acknowledge that it is an Arat-gil open water swimming event conducted in a natural, eco-friendly environment, which involves significant risks unlike those in an indoor swimming pool. By participating, they agree to comply with all rules and regulations set by the आयोजers, take full responsibility for their own health management, and prepare thoroughly through consistent training.
Participants further pledge that, in the event of any accident occurring during the competition, they will not hold the आयोजers liable under any circumstances, regardless of the cause. It is also understood that submission of an application to participate in the “2022 Busan Haegwang Arat-gil Festival” shall be deemed as automatic consent to this waiver of liability, even without a handwritten signature or seal.

○ 세이프 스위머 착용(의무)
○ 동호회별 수모 착용 및 자체 안전요원 배정 (3명)
○ 제트스키 3대, 모터보트 1대, 카약 10대, 앰블런스 대기
○ 부산해양경찰서 안전협조(행사 해상 외곽 안전)
○ 긴급상황 발생시 해경측과 긴급 유무선 통화 후 안전조치 실행
○ All participants must wear a full-body wetsuit and fins (hoods, socks, and gloves are recommended).
- ○ Event liability insurance coverage is provided (KRW 100 million) through the Korea Sports Safety Foundation.
- ○ Wearing a safety swimmer buoy is mandatory.
- ○ Each club must wear designated swim caps and assign three internal safety personnel.
- ○ Safety support includes 3 jet skis, 1 motorboat, 10 kayaks, and a standby ambulance.
- ○ Safety cooperation is provided by the Busan Coast Guard (outer perimeter maritime safety control).
- ○ In case of an emergency, immediate safety measures will be carried out after establishing urgent wired/wireless communication with the Coast Guard.

01. 흰여울(부산영도)아랏길
자연경관이 빼어난'아랏길을 탐하다', 프로젝트의 1호 발굴지 . 전국 최초의 해수욕장 송도와 마주보면서 그 경관 덕분에 이송도라 불리던 흰여울 마을, 전국의 수영동호인들이 흰여울마을 등 지역공동체와 함께, 이송도의 빼어난 아랏길을 동행 함으로써, 대자연과 하나되는 바다수영의 참 묘미를 나누고 이를 시작으로 전국의 아름다운 아랏길을 발굴하고 소개하는 '아랏길을 탐하다' 프로젝트 를 이어가고자 한다.
02. 연대만지(통영)아랏길
전국에서 빼어난 경관을 자랑하는 아랏길을 발굴하고 동행하는,“아랏길을 탐하다” 프로젝트 의 제2호 발굴지 . 한려해상국립공원이 있는 남해안 통영의 진주 두 알. 연대도-만지도두 섬을 감싸고 있는 ‘연대만지 아랏길’의 정취를 전국의 바다수영동호인들에게 소개하고, 대자연과 하나되는 바다수영의 참맛을 나누고자 한다.
03. 삼포(미포-청사포-구덕포)아랏길
부산 삼포(미포-청사포-구덕포)아랏길 축제를 통해 아랏길을 브랜드화 하여 전국의 수영인들에게 알리며 1m1w의 실천을 통한 지역사회에의 기부에 그 목적이 있다
04. 연꽃등대(부산해운대)아랏길
부산 연꽃등대아랏길 축제 를 통해 아랏길을 브랜드화 하며 1m1w의 실천을 통한 지역사회에의 기부에 그 목적이 있다. 해운대 해수욕장(조선비치 앞)에서 출발하여 등표1 -> 연꽃등대 -> 등표2 -> 등표1 -> 해운대 해수욕장(조선비치 앞) 도착하는 코스이다.

오송아랏길_ 액티브한 바다수영의 성지를 가다
'부산바다의 진수를 느끼며 액티브한 바다수영의 성지'
부산의 동쪽 해안을 따라 기장군에서 오랑대의 장엄한 절경을 지나 송정해수욕장의 자유로운 파도까지 이어지는 이 길은, 자연의 거친 아름다움과 여유로운 해양 레저가 공존하는 부산 바다의 가장 완성된 풍경이다. 동해남부 끝단 해안선, 부산의 오랑대와 시랑대, 부산8경 해동용궁사, 송정해수욕장을 잇는오시랑~송정아랏길을 전국의 수영인들과 함께 동행수영을 통해 그 절경을 소개한다.

- - 핵심 경험: SUP 위에 누워 노을과 파도, 바람을 온전히 느끼는 시간
- - 타겟: 바다수영 동호인, SUP 입문자, 힐링 콘텐츠 선호층

광안리 해수욕장의 달빛, 별빛, 광안대교 조명, 드론쇼까지...광안리의 야경과 세계 유일의 야간 동행수영이 만나, 참가자에게는 액티비티와 낭만이 교차하 는 극강의 묘미를, 광안리를 찾는 많은 시민들과 관광객들에게 색다른 볼거리를 제공한다

[운영방식]
○ 당일 본부석에서 참가등록자 인적사항 확인 및 서명
- 참가등록자는 지정한 시간(16:00부터)에 본부석에서 "인적사항 확인" 필수
- 면책동의서 및 건강상태 확인 서명 날인 필수
- 참가자는 반드시 성명과 일치하는 번호에 해당하는 손목밴드를 수령, 착용해야 함
(손목밴드 수령시, 동호회별로 성명과 번호가 적힌 명단을 함께 수령해야 함)
- 야광표시등 등 플라스틱 쓰레기 유출 우려가 있는 일체의 물품 지급 없음
- 참가자 주차 지원 불가
- 입수 전, 참가자의 건강상테 체크 실시

'파도는 차갑고 동행은 뜨겁다!'
속도가 아닌 동행, 기록이 아닌 완주 혼자가 아닌 우리가 만들어내는 한겨울의 따뜻한 동행수영은 북극곰수영축제와 함께 진행됩니다. 참가기준은 오픈워터 경험자 또는 사전 교육 이수자 로서 건강 이상 없어야하며 개인 장비 필수(웻슈트 / 수영부이 / 수모 / 수경)로 지참하여야한다.
